  • We do not guarantee that votes meet any specific legal requirements.
  • Vote creators are responsible for ensuring voter eligibility where required.

6. Verification Services

Our verification services are designed to reduce fraud but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy. We are not liable for any verification failures or their consequences.

7. Fees and Payment

  • Basic voting features are free. Verification services are charged per verified vote.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • Refunds may be provided for failed verifications at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

8. Intellectual Property

  • We retain all rights to the Service, including trademarks, logos, and software.
  • You retain rights to content you create but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
