vote.direct uses voter eligibility enforcement through CSV roster upload. Upload your homeowner roster (names and emails from membership records), and the platform restricts voting to only people on that list. Email and SMS verification are included in the flat-rate election price. Government ID verification is available as a $3.00/voter add-on, an assisted government-ID check for additional assurance.

Preserve the authority, notices, roster, appointments, consent, ballot procedure, results, and platform exports, then involve association counsel. vote.direct timestamps platform events and links them with SHA-256 hashes so later changes to the exported sequence can be detected. That is evidence of what happened inside the platform, not proof that every outside requirement was met or a promise about a court outcome. Yes, and both kinds land in the same tally as the online ballots. A mailed letter is $3.00 per voter: it carries that owner's own voting code and a QR square, and they scan it and vote online. A full paper packet is $6.00 per voter: a printed ballot goes out with a postage-paid return envelope addressed to our neutral election address, and we receive, record, and count the returns. The price covers both directions of postage, and a mailed ballot counts when it arrives by the close date: received by, not postmarked by. Mail is charged only on the pieces actually mailed, so owners you reach by email cost nothing extra.

Yes. Setup and launch is $99: we build the ballot, load the roster, send the notices, and hand you a live election. A full managed election is $199 for a digital election of up to 100 voters: we also run reminders, answer the voters, watch quorum, close, count, and issue the certificate with the audit package. Mailed packets add $6.00 per packet, and larger rosters are quoted in writing. Where an appointed inspector of elections is wanted, vote.direct serves in Colorado, Nevada, Florida, Texas and Arizona for $300, the five states where we have verified we may. Results are calculated by weight, and the results page displays both weighted and unweighted percentages, critical for condominiums where voting rights are tied to unit size. An owner of several units can also vote each unit separately when your documents call for it.
